Is this GDPR-compliant?+

Yes, if you choose the right provider. Reputable solutions process data on EU servers, offer a data processing agreement (DPA) and inform callers about the AI-supported conversation. I check this for you.

Do patients notice they are talking to an AI?+

Modern AI systems sound very natural. Many patients notice no difference. Legally, however, callers must be informed transparently at the start of the conversation that an AI is leading it.

What happens with complex requests?+

If the assistant recognises that a request goes beyond its capabilities, it forwards the call to your practice team or takes a message. That way no patient is lost.

Does it work with my practice software?+

Most AI telephony providers offer interfaces to common practice software such as Dampsoft, CGM Z1 or medatixx. The integration depends on the specific provider. We clarify this in the initial call.

How long does setup take?+

Can I switch the system off at any time?+

Yes. You keep full control at all times. At the press of a button or via a schedule, you decide when the AI answers calls and when your team takes over.

Do I need a new phone system?+

No. Most solutions work via simple call forwarding. Your existing phone number is retained and no hardware rebuild is needed.
