An example: Visitors leave before the page finishes loading. The check traces the page build-up step by step and shows which assets or embedded services cost load time — and in which order fixing them pays off.

Do you know which data your website sends, and to whom?

Not legal advice, but an engineering analysis your lawyer can use as a working basis.

Who it's for: Practices, law firms, SMEs, associations and agencies across the DACH region.

What you get: A technical review: which third parties load, when cookies are set and whether the consent banner blocks correctly — as a PDF with a third-party inventory and a compliance checklist.

Your benefit: You gain certainty about which data your website sends to third parties and where legal risks lurk — as a technical inventory your lawyer can use directly.

An example: Many websites load external services before visitors have consented — often without the owner knowing. The check makes visible which connections are actually established and whether your cookie banner really blocks what it promises.

Accessible websites reach more people. Whether the BFSG applies to you is the first thing the check clarifies.

Since June 2025 the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) applies to certain offerings to consumers, such as online shops or bookings via your own website. Service providers with fewer than ten employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet total of no more than €2 million are exempt (§ 3 (3) BFSG).

Who it's for: Operators of websites and online services who want to know whether the BFSG applies to them and how usable their site is for everyone.

What you get: A review against WCAG 2.2 AA (keyboard, screen reader, ARIA, forms, contrast), an assessment of whether and how the BFSG applies to you and a three-phase action list — including a 45-minute walkthrough with a live demo.

Your benefit: Afterwards you know whether people with impairments can use your website and how big your BFSG risk is — with a roadmap in manageable stages instead of an all-or-nothing demand.

An example: A prospect with low vision cannot cope with the typography and contrast, and gives up. The check reviews your website the way these users experience it — by keyboard and screen reader — and shows which barriers should fall first.

Is AI telephony right for your practice — and which provider?
